appreciate any and all help y'all might be able to offer.

watch being sold by respected reddit seller kabaclyde for $450. i'm a student with a small collection and after hunting for my first vintage watch this beauty appeared. unknown service history but seller says it runs. and small engraving on the side of the watch too.

thinking about getting my first omega and vintage with this.

thanks

Interesting patina. Not really my taste. You need to figure in a service since the history is unknown. That will add at least $100-$200.

Ok, if you appreciate patina. Price is reasonable. I don't think the crown is correct, but they're commonly available.

Service costs and an authentic matching Omega buckle will set you back at least $300, quite possibly more.

Not a bad place to start.

Best,

You can do better. Do your homework. Poor dial. I think it has the wrong crown. Some enjoy dials such as this. I think it is a little to much patina. This is a gold capped watch. 18xxxxxx serial dates the watch to about 1961.
