·Hello Omega Forum, wondering if any Omega enthusiasts out there would know if and whether a rubber strap can be source for one of the older generation 43mm Aquaterra models.
The current collection no longer comes in 43mm other than the World Timer and the boutique tells me that the rubber strap on those does not fit the 43mm older ATs due to the case being ever so slightly different (lug holes etc) despite having the same 21mm lug spacing.
I am told the only Omega strap for the older 43mm are the OEM non-integrated leather straps or the metal bracelet.
I am looking because a) I like the integrated look of a bracelet while b) at the same time taking it swimming.
An example reference model would be 231.90.43.22.04.001.
I would even be happy with a replica Omega rubber strap and I will simply install the OEM Omega deployant.
