If you are specifically looking for this particular blue-dial hummer, then you may have to pay up to get what you want.
My general thinking is that collecting these electronic movements is a labor of love, and for serious collectors who are not too cost-sensitive. It's an obscure and obsolete technology, and if that appeals to you, I think it's great. But I think it's wise to expect that repair and maintenance costs can be unexpectedly high. Maybe a bit like owning a 1967 Mazda RX-7. If you love it, buy it.
Not only do I own (and love) three hummers, but, back before I grew to hate cars, I owned a 1983 Mazda RX-7. 😀
