·Hello all, I'm considering this Tissot and would like to ask if everything looks to be correct. Any other comments are of course welcome.
Stainless steel case (35mm, excluding the crown) shows some scratches and dings. Hands and crown are said to be original. Dial has some freckles, as might be expected. The movement is a 27B-1, which looks to be correct against photos from ranfft. The serial number dates to 1956. Seller is asking about 200 usd.
I found a Seastar from the late 50s that has a similar dial/handset, so that was encouraging.
Would be interested to know if the hands are correct. Possibly re-lumed? And if there are any concerns on the dial. Thanks.
