Advice on sizing a vintage 1120 mesh bracelet

I recently got a sweet little Chronostop with the original mesh bracelet which looks amazing. The only problem is it seems to be sized for enormous wrists! I have a 7.5-inch wrist, and even with the micro-adjust maxed on both ends, it's quite loose. It seems like I'm out of luck on further adjustments though as I'm loath to try and cut the nice vintage mesh and probably ruin a cool correct watch. Has anyone found a good way around this or dealt with similar issues?

Thats bizarre. My wrist is a little smaller and mine adjusted to the max fits me great. I didn't think these ever came in more than one size and they don't seem to be cut to length in any way.
