Advice on Seamaster swap

I currently own PO ref# 215.30.44.21.01.001 and have an opportunity to swap plus some cash on my end for the PO GMT (Oreo) ref# 215.30.44.22.01.001. The GMT was purchased in late 2018 and comes full set and fully linked just like mine. I really like the look of the black and white bezel and the fact that I've never seen one in the "wild" makes it that much more alluring. If any of you have both or have compared both please provide me your input. Neither AD in my area has one that I can put my hands on before making the swap. I have attached photos of my watch and stock photo of the GMT. Thanks in advance for your help and may everyone ring in 2020 in a safe and prosperous way....

Having seen the 44.22 live and in the flesh, I personally feel that the white overpowers the watch, and takes away from the overall appeal of it. Kind of “dulls” the rest of the watch.

Of course, the decision has to be yours and whether you really want something that stands out, or something that is more sedate appearing.
