Advice on Rolex (looks like) 6075, but no screwed down case

Hi vintage watches enthusiasts,
May I have your advice on this Rolex I saw in a dealer shop:
The dial looks like the one of a 6075... but the case is not screwed down, and the crown neither.
To me, the “oyster” mention means waterproof, so the dial should be fitted on a screwed down case.
should I avoid purchasing this watch?
thx a lot

I’m not a vintage Rolex expert but the wonky O in Officially leads me to believe the dial has been repainted.

Yea the dial script makes no sense since it's a date function. Snap backs are not oysters either. The best case scenario is a repainted dial but i would be worried about the rest. Surely that movement is pre-15XX series and tough to find parts.

Dial is a refinish for sure in the style of the "semi" or big bubblebacks (60xx-6xxx) 3 line; movement likely to be cal 645 and it's interesting that the back of the case seems high enough to fit one. Will the seller remove the caseback for you? Once done everything should become clear.

Thanks @mikeo1, I ended up dropping this search so cannot get a picture of the movement, but thanks very much.
In case someone in this forum wants to know where this watch is located (a dealer in Paris), happy to share.
