Advice on 1962 Omega 269 Linen Dial Purchase

Hello all and good morning,
I have been watching for a linen dial like this one but they all seem to be a bit on the expensive side. For the price I could get a nice vintage constellation, I even paid less for my connie rail dial....

What is considered a fair price for this watch or generally this model in good and original condition? The ebay seller keeps relisting it at 1099 - 1499 and no one is buying. I can justify maybe 4 to 500 but I wanted to know what you guys have seen.

It appears to be in good condition and original? The dial seems a bit weird as the vertical texture lines on the left side of the dial do seem to be "warped". Not sure if it is the crystal but it looks that way from all angles. The lume on the hands looks a bit wonky and not the same on both. The crown looks to match from other examples I have seen. The caseback is labeled 121.001 63 but the dial seems to match to ref 121.001 64? Again, this is from online research and I know Omega made a variety of dials for these styles. The movement is 269 and looks to be in good shape.

I will attach pics of course.

Regards and thanks in advance, as usual.

I think you're right on the price. The seller is asking, at least, double the value. Walk away, there's some weird stuff going on with the dial of that watch.

Maybe those minute markers walked away too...

The lume seems to be missing on both hands. Look further and the price is way to high.

You can see some of them. It looks like a dial wrap (if there is such a thing) that was too big.
