Hi guys
I’m thinking of buying this Speedmaster. As I’m not an expert, do the dial / bracelet/ bezel/ caliber number/ crown etc all fit to the reference?

thanks for the information. Much appreciated!

Welcome to the forum. As you know the reference from the pics (145.012-67) what has your own research shown you and what are your concerns?

Bezel with dot over 90 should be right
Caliber 321 right. But the serial?
Step dial right
Bracelet not sure at all

but as I’m not an expert not sure at all.

Broadly speaking it looks correct and in good condition, albeit with some damage to the bezel and minor spotting to the dial. The case also looks correct and fairly good.
The extract confirms the serial is correct for a 145.012. You can also use MWO, ilovemyspeedmaster and speedmaster101 to further confirm whether the serial is correct for a -67 but it looks fine to me.

It also looks attractive and is a watch I’d be happy wearing. Depends on the price.

Thx for the info! Just want to make sure that everything fits the time, want to avoid to have a watch where stuff does not match? Regarding the flatlink bracelet,is this the right reference for the time?

Regarding the flatlink bracelet,is this the right reference for the time?

Yes, it is.

Another plus is the original crown, that's worth CHF 300 - 400 alone.

The price chart here https://speedmaster101.com/price-chart-2/ gives you an indication how far you should go. The prices are for head-only. You can add CHF 1200-1500 for the bracelet.

Good luck! If you win it, we can do a partner look GTG in Züri.

Bracelet is the correct ref and could well be original to the watch looking at the date stamp of 3rd quarter 1968

Thx. Really helpful! only point which is confusing for me; is it the original patina or did they relume it?
just as they look uneven (especially at eight o clock). But could be this is normal for such an old watch.

That’s hard to say from a few photos. Given the skill of some relumers now, any watch could be a relume based only a picture.
From what I can see is say it’s more likely to be original, given the shade, overall condition of the watch etx

The serial number is correct for the reference- according to MWO 24.066.xxx - 27.320.xxx range. They do not break down serial for 145.012-67 vs 145.012-68, but the majority were the -67 so serial is in range. Also this has the drop counterweight on chrono sweep which was the earlier style, later switching to flat counterweight. As well as the original 24 tooth crown. Everything seems to check out! Good luck!

So… now that the auction’s over…
Are you the lucky guy? 😀

Seems like the auction winner didn't buy the watch in the end so it has been relisted, and the topic opener is the best bidder now

I like it except for the bezel.

I agree, the rest is in remarkable conditions.. I would have probably bid if I was not looking for a 105.012 😁

Sold yesterday for CHF 7000.-
But not by the OP...

Ah you were quicker than me. CHF 7004 actually 😀

The OP just went silent after receiving free advice from here. Kind of bad form.

Thanks @perenowell and @iamvr !

So it was 7270€ /7685$, with the premium?

Yes, there is no premium to be paid by the buyer on this platform.

The seller has to pay the platform 12% up until a maximum of 290 CHF, which is quite a big chunk of money if you consider they insure the buyer only until 250 CHF.. on the other hand, it is a free platform and mostly with honest buyers/sellers.
