Advice needed: IWC 666A Ingenieur Turler— Original Dial?

Hi all,

Hope you are well. I came across the discussions that you fine folks have been having about the IWC Ingenieur 666, and I would be very grateful if I could get some advice.

I came across this example of a 666— I think it looks rather beautiful, but I am not sure that the dial is original. The dealer says that it is a rare double signed turler dial, and an especially rare example because the turler logo replaces the Ingenieur logo.

However, 2 things give me cause for worry:
1) I have never seen an example where the turler logo replaces the Ingenieur logo
2) The turler print looks (to my untrained eye) rather too nice and the font a little too thick, as compared to other examples of turler signed Ingenieurs

I would be grateful for your thoughts and advice on this. If it was an original dial, I am strongly considering purchasing it. Thanks for your time.

If you are looking for an Ingenieur, the following reference isn’t a bad place to start:
www.frizzellweb.com
In addition to the comments above, the case on the one you are considering looks to have been well polished with rounded edges to the bezel and lugs, whereas part of the signature of the Ing is a very angular case with good contrast between the polished and brushed components.

Thanks! Not sure why but that link couldn't work. This seemed to work though:
