Hi - Can anyone tell me anything about this watch. I have searched for days online and I can't find one like it where there is no 12.oclock hand - just the Omega sign. Also, the other Deville models I have seen have stainless steel backs. It is hall marked 375 image_123927839 (1).JPG image_123927839 (2).JPG unnamed (1).jpg unnamed.jpg . Can anyone tell me how old it is? I would be really grateful . Thanks image_123927839 (1).JPG image_123927839 (2).JPG unnamed (1).jpg unnamed.jpg

The reference number will be inside the case-back, and the serial number on the movement will provide a fairly accurate date of production, if you can have the watch opened for you. Your watch apparently has a 9k gold case.

Thank you .. the number is 111 5490 8300 … I’m not sure what date that is 1990 maybe?

38m serial? That is nearer 1975 than 1990. I would have said early 1970s purely based on the dated looks. Note the key hallmark with the 20 inside, that says that the case was made in Geneva by Artisanor SA. 9K gold is an unusual material to find in a Swiss made case, it is more normally seen on UK made pieces so perhaps it was destined for that market.

Are there marks on the back of the buckle too?

Ok so the buckle is only plated not solid gold. I had my suspicions over the originality of the buckle but that’s not important.

Thanks for all

The side of the watch is hallmarked not the buckle so that doesn't surprise me. The strap itself has the Omega name on it.
Have you any idea as to the value, or where to get it valued.?

Your watch case is 111.5490, containing movement 625. You can usually try searching eBay for "Omega 111.5490" and filter on "sold items" but currently there aren't any sold listings for comparison. Next you can do the same for "Omega 625" and compare the gold models that previously sold, but this is of course a rough estimate. I hope this helps!

Some possible "comparables", though none is solid 9k:
