Hope the pictures are good enough to have your thoughts on the dial, plots and hands of this 145.022-69.

Looks like the plots and hands have been relumed. My gut says the hands have seen a repaint as well.

Thank you! Iam trying to learn. What makes you say it was relumed and painted?
For the lume don’t I have to make the test in a dark room?

Looking purely at the dial plots I'd say original.

However, what looks like too much lume in the chrono tip, along with the perfectly matching colour on the hands and dial make it slightly suspect. I'd still say it's original but I'd want to check in person.

I could be wrong but the lume application doesn't look right. See how the lume overhangs the markers.

The color and texture of the hands seems off as well.

But again, I am learning as well :)
    An expert will confirm soon.

Lume spreading over the edges of markers is common on perfectly original watches. It is more commonly seen in certain references and late 60's Speedmasters do exhibit this.

It’s actually a difficult thread from your responses.... I did a small test in the dark. The plots light for about 40sec and the hands for a bit more.

Can you post the video here? Do you have any pics under UV light?

Personally I’d say the dial looks original. Chrono hand looks a bit weird but that wouldn’t be a deal breaker for me.

Index and hands relume for sure. Watchmakers nowadays make a better job than that. Not only on the index, but also on the chrono second hand, the lume overlaps out of the limit.
The dial is ok... pretty nice for me, I like the "black", nice mix between brilliant and mat... "satin" one says, exact?
    Of course, the bezel...

I think too that the Chrono hand is a relume.

The lume on the dial look fine to me. However, the chrono hand is surly relumed and possibly the hour and minute hands as those match very well in color with the chrono hand but I could be totally wrong on the minute and hour hands.

The minute hand and chrono hand seem odd, the lume seems to spill over onto the edge of the hands in the photos.

Lovely dial though. If the price is right, you could always find old hands or have them redone yourself.

I am thinking of sending it to Simon Freese once the lockdown is over. In France i didn’t find a watchmaker that could do the job.
