I wonder if anyone could help me work out what is going on with the attached?

I feel the dial is likely wrong or a later addition. The inscription is rather interesting though, relating to 25 years service at the Upper Silesian United Steelworks Królewska and Laura - in Poland!

Any help much appreciated.

First time posting, so apologies if this the wrong way to post.

Dial and hands are not Omega. Doesn't look like it runs, either. You've got some issues with the hairspring.

Do you own it or thinking of buying it?

It’s a pocket watch that’s been converted to a wristwatch and someone has repainted the dial to make it interesting. It has very low monetary value and little collector value.

If you’re thinking of buying it, I wouldn’t bother. If you already own it I wouldn’t bother spending too much time and money on it

Agree with all above.
The Caseback markings are of interest.
The overlapping coins above the Omega on Caseback signify the Grand Prix award in Paris in 1900 to the entire Omega collection. This was a prestigious award and Omega had it inscribed on many picket watches at turn of century. It has nothing to do with specific reference or caliber it was used widely by Onega on watches of that era.
When I first saw it I thought it must be related to the specific watch I was considering but with a bit of research I learned otherwise and passed on the overpriced offering.

Pocket watch in 800 silver, probably adapted with lugs anywhere from the 1930s onward.
The fanciful dial was done much more recently in "Fleiger" style with a British pheon giving it bullshit military appeal.

Take the advice of @Davidt.
