What they can give, what they will give, and what the give to you is completely dependent on the dealer. My $0.02 discount is: expect 0-5% at a boutique, 10-20% at an AD. YMMV.
When i got my watch from the Omega store in Topanga Mall * Los Angeles * they didn't give me any discount at all... But the guy gave me the Omega wallet, pen & cologne which smells really good. My local Costco Has the Aqua watch in stock for $4500
No good can come of this type of open conversation. You make it hard for AD with their relationship with Omega and difficult to get good discounts if everyone expects it. This is a digital age, the spotlight of the world is on you.

Yes, but forget about the buckle. Ask for a deployant strap and clasp. That's the deal I got at my local boutique, plus a 2% price discount.
