Anyone for 20 Swatch Bond Watches in an Attache case?

Just £3,350...

 

A plastic briefcase lined with plastic like Styrofoam and filled with 20 plastic watches and complimented by another 20 plastic boxes and even more plastified bits of paper. Yuk, just the antithesis of fine watch collecting to me

 

It's being sold by a guy I've bought watches from - his family used to own a large Jewellers... and he's been selling off 80 off years of stuff.

I'd bet this didn't sell at the time, or it was a demo kit, and it's been sat around since they shut down in 2010.

 

I don't see the value at £335, never mind about £3350!

 

Look, an Omega LE because they have the placement contract is one thing, but Bond- "inspired" Swatch garbage I just do not subscribe to

 

I wouldn't pay top dollar for any of them, but the Baron Samedi one is kinda cool.

 

So it turns out that there are several versions of this... a box of villains?

They do have something of the Franklin Mint "collectables" about them, and we all know how that ended don't we?......
