Very nice! The bracelet is especially eye catching to me. I can't help but think that I hope that the old lady knows it's going to be loved and cherished by its new owner.

I also hope she finds comfort in knowing its well loved. I take it out of the box every day so far and just look at for what seems like an hour. It is so well preserved and anyone who knows me knows I LOVE gold. I also think I am so attached to it because I've never owned a pie pan before.

BTW does anyone know how to size this kind of bracelet? I need to take out some links. I got vintage inspired wrists.

You know me Greg. Me and this baby will definitely be there!
Now I’m going to have to figure out how to top this. Not gonna be easy. I’ve already played my Ranchero card! 😁

Initially, when I first set out on my 75 minutes drive to look at this, my whole hearted intention, initially, was to purchase it and immediately offer it to someone here on OF. I viewed this package as as something that NEEDED to remain in the OF family.

The seller informed me that a woman, who appeared to be in her seventies walked into his store to sell it. It belonged to her late husband who was the original owner. The outer box was quite worn so I didn’t get my hopes up.

So as I have been on record stating my grail constellation is a rose gold deluxe. I have been on somewhat of spending spree lately so I have sworn off more watch purchases for the time being. This was solely to be bought and brought home to the family. Not for me. Not going to keep it. Nope.

That went out the window as soon as I opened the box.

how joyful is to find a time capsule! congrats! what year on the clasp?

Here is all the accessories in all there glory!

Finally, here she is on the wrist:

The stain you see near 1 o’clock marker is actually in the crystal and not the dial thank God. I’m not sure how the crystal got stained like that. Looks like maybe ash from a cigarette? Bracelet, according to @JwRosenthal and @seekingseaquest was produced for a very short period of time as these usually came on BORs. Thank you to both of you by the way for letting me bend your ear in my excitement with questions and inquiries.

So there you have it. I decided to keep it. Blame @JwRosenthal he talked me out of it
