A seamaster....? Not!

Hello....
This is a new one for me. All these years I have seen this kind of model with the seamaster/ deville text and the hippocampus on the back.
This particular watch is a front loader, I assume the cal. 562, no hippocampus, and with only the Deville text.
The crown is a replacement.

Any idea as to the rarity and the ref no. would be very helpful.
Thanks.!!

Maybe it's an Omega De Ville 166.0033 from 1966 with a caliber 565.

Damn..! That was quick! 鈽衡樅
Certainly looks the part. But this one has the 562...no quick set from what the seller tells me.
Are these rare by any measure?

Touche Sir! I learnt a lesson and something new today. Have always seen ref numbers inside
caseback.

Thank you!

Yes indeed.
So $350ish ok?

Not bad.

Check case size, some of these are really small, like 32.5 or so...

Bezel is missing it think...
Oh yeah.... I can see what you mean. It is missing indeed.

Thank you so much for this.

This thread has indeed helped me learn. All the info is present in the pics and I missed important information. Horrible.

I like the dial but getting a bezel could be expensive...

I just realized that the reference number is written on the outer caseback 166.033

That's 34mm, standard size.
