A quick spring bar for 1450/1447 Omega bracelet

Quite easy to find quick spring bar with the right length, but much more tough to find "this" one; the specificity is that the lever is very very near the edge of the bar. If this distance is too long, it's impossible to mount on a 1450 or 1447.

My watchmaker confirmed to me it was impossible to find from Omega vintage service parts... 🤔🙁
