This watch was waiting for me in a box, from a fellow member when, I got home on Thursday. Sized the bracelet, set the time. Took off the next morning for a road trip to the Oregon coast. Met up with some sea lions My daughter modified the bracelet. Saw some big cats, and got to pet some of their offsprings. Going NATO on Sunday. Hunting for some angles. Caught some of the blue ones. It thinks it is a quartz movement, keeping time to less than à second over 3 days. Impressive.
Impressively beautiful, too! Congratulations -- you've got a great watch to enjoy for many years to come
Very nice congrats mate, best diver in their lineup at the moment in my view, beautifully balanced and with all the features Omega has been working on in recent years.
Alf, looks like your first weekend with the watch was a great one! Here's to many more. Congrats and enjoy it!
If anyone is not the fence getting one of these, do it. Vintage watches resonate more with my tastes, but the SM300 Master is the best of both worlds. Vintage feel with modern features. I was initially reluctant to pick one up because of the shiny bezel under showroom lights. But in actual use, it is more like a ghost bezel from an old sub or speedmaster that does not scratch.
Love the 'crown jewel' ownership you exhibit- all too rare; enthusiasm of ownership, pride, happiness, good stuff. Wear it, love it, share with us! Also, it's a tough piece, so see what adventures you can go on!
