Nothing jumps out from the pictures, case looks pretty sharp and has normal 50 year wear and tear. Crown original.
If the medallion is intact then and it’s running well go for it.
Parts are getting harder to find, I have a 5626 at service now after it stopped winding and I’m hoping it’s not going to be a pain if anything needs replacing.
No medallion on this model

I know you showed us a 7041 but here is a 7040

I think there was a change in case back styles year dependant so what are the first 2 digits of the serial no?
Could it be missing?

It looks good to me! If the price is right, go for it! It is correct that this reference has “7040” on the dial.
Below is my KS 5626-7041. These are super watches and if properly serviced, great timekeepers too 👍.
I think that is a great price! Candidly, less than I paid for mine two years ago...and I have no regrets!
There is major value in this under the radar example, but I would factor in the cost of servicing to ensure top performance.
