A dial swap possibly? Seamaster 007 edition

Hi everyone,
I'd appreciate your opinions on this watch. The movement looks fine to me, but I'm concerned about a few things.
This is supposed to be the 007 Limited Edition, but the caseback doesn't have the usual 007 engraving. Also, I'm not sure about the dial and whether it's original to this watch.
Does it look like a dial swap, a franken, or is there another explanation? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

See how the He valve is in line with the 10 marker? That is a red flag with the SMP. Look at the generic ETA movement too. This is a fake not a Franken. Nothing there is leigit. Actually to be fair, the caseback looks mostly right but bearing in mind how much fakery is there with everything else, I doubt it is.

This is unfortunately a replica, as stated by padders. It seems to take most inspiration from the 40th anniversary James Bond limited edition ref 2537.80.00, albeit in black instead of blue.
