A Rotary GT, manual wind. I cannot find another like it on the web. But, those hands! They are either very close to or are Speedy hands?
Haven't had a chance to pop it open and see the movement, but I would take a bet that the dial is from Singer.
Just a curio but one that shows how much sharing there was in the 60s!
