I have never heard of a reference 881102/02 or an 881102 come to that. Inscription or dedication on case back is dated 1968. My opinion is that the bezel is not right. I have never seen that bezel style on any 60s UG. It looks like it came out of a seiko or some other brand and has been modified. I do not have any idea what the serial number is. End links are weird to say the least. The bracelet is stamped the 1967 (which substantiates inscription but does not validate age of watch).
