8220 BoR bracelet question

I recently received an 8220 that is missing the pin to attach the blade to the clasp. In my 1502 and 1036 bracelets, they are attached by a springbar, however, the loops at the end of the blade are too small to accommodate a springbar in the 8220. I am thinking that perhaps a press-fit pin is used, or maybe a rivet. The clasps are the same. Does anyone have an 8220 bracelet to check. Many thanks.

8220 on left, 1036 on right.

The first one I pulled out has a headed pin/rivet 1mm in diameter, but I know I've seen them with a straight headless pin as well.

That's great info, this should be an easy fix.

Think you can buy 1 mm spring bars

Soft iron pin and a nail set to dome the ends

DON DON
Think you can buy 1 mm spring bars
Thanks @DON. When I bought the watch, I expected I would be able to use spring-bars, because I have a ton of different sizes. I do have some 1mm springbars with 1mm diameter tips (which fit the holes in the clasp), but the shoulders won't fit through the loops. Which was obvious in retrospect. 🤦

I think the tube friction pins (rivets) described above will be a perfect fix. I had to order some and I don't expect them to arrive for a while, but I'll update the thread in case anyone is interested.
