Mustard lume ...
When you see the really dark yellow (almost tan) color on old watches, it's Tritium.
However, nice watches. I & many others here share your love of the patina.

Michael (above) is correct. I was responding, perhaps a bit too sharply, to your clear implication that such colors were exclusively related to Tritium.
