Dial is too early, and lume looks weird, bezel is pulse scale, caseback looks too new, bracelet is a later version hands are a later version.

Was almost tempted at first but it looks like someone raided a parts bin

 

Dial: originally from a 105.003 and relumed
Movement: cal. 321 which may or may not have come with the dial - hard to estimate without serial number
Case: heavily polished possibly from a 105 or 145.012
Bezel: later pulsations bezel
Caseback: later one from a 145.022 which originally had a cal. 861 movement
