Back from the Spa where Christian & Mitka pampered this old girl

Movement stripped down .. cleaned ... reassembled

Old mainspring changed out and new added

For the true watch nerds out there 😉

Must admit this one wasn't too badly treated at all and looked ok pre Spa. Nonetheless it's ready for the next 50 or so more years of excellent service on the wrist

Paired up with a nice 1506 bracelet

Date with Christie ??

😁

Thanks for looking!

Wonderful production. The acting, the costumes, the music. Took my breath away. Until the disappointing ending. What a letdown. I'm hoping the watch finds it's original caseback in the sequel.

No worries M

Both caseback and dustcover locked away safely

Great watch Spencer. I need a clear caseback for my 321 Seamaster!

John, Wow, that one looks nice. I would love to have a birth year watch. I was hoping my Ed White was 1966, but it ended up as a 1967 according to the extract. I have the same case back, so worth it.
