hello all can someone pls give advice on this piece of bezel? First and foremost does this piece looks genuine to you guys. And also if someone can pinpoint an era / circa period for this bezel. Am really new to these so much help appreciated.

I think it's been purposely made to look washed out, to give it the aged look . And they've overdone it ,Walk on by .

 

It does not appear original vintage. It’s service replacement if genuine. Really thin font. Might be the camera angle but don’t like how the zero dips down toward the five in 50. I would personally avoid. Good luck

What period 5513 are you looking to buy an insert for? They changed a lot between the 60s and 80s ... This looks like a roughed up service insert from the 80s. Would be completely incorrect for most 5513s.

I don't like the font, it looks a bit strange

 

not sure why they wasted so much time aging it with those fonts.

 

Font is weird, way too thin.
