It's not for me, but if you really love it, maybe $25? But be aware that it will probably cost you several hundred USD to service it when it starts running poorly.

I don't agree with "womens model"s being womens watches, they are all unisex, if you can pull them off you can pull them off, some watches also have the same case in both mens and womens model codes, mainly tanks, similar to this one

For this the realistic price is $200 max - patina might be nice, but there is damage around the post too
