Hello all. I am looking at this vintage omega seamaster the seller doesn't have very good pictures. But can anybody tell me what would be a good price to pay for this watch and if anything stands out here as to why it would be a skip. The watch is listed to be in good working order. Any info would be appreciated. There are no pictures of the case back being open so I do not have a reference number

Aside from the refinished dial, incorrect hands and crown it looks fine.

So everything is wrong then. Perfect. 🤦 ... based on that. What would be a good price as a spare parts watch.

You obviously didn't read my first message. As I was looking to buy this. Thus implying that I don't have the watch either. Also why are you answering with WE don't know. Are you speaking for everybody on this group? Or do you have a split personality? The watch was supposedly valued at 1250€ and is currently at 115€. So there is a big range hence my question.

What confidence do you have that any parts acquired through the purchase would be authentic?

That is a very good point. If the outside is all wrong, there is a good posibility that the inside is also problematic. Definitely a skip then.

I'm comfortable with Achim (@watchyouwant) speaking for the group here. He knows what information you have given us, and what conclusions one can possibly draw from them. It sounds like you came to the right conclusion though:

Definitely a skip then.
