For sale is a steel "fat cased" Tissot from 1953 according to serial number with an amazing black guilloche / chevron / honeycomb dial.

The dial is in excellent condition without any flaws, the radium has turned black on index and a bit more yellow-ish on the hands. Gold hands, applied numerals and logo. There is some macro-shots included below to highlight this dial as well as a wristshot.

Reference 6883 / 6884 - 9 steel case with screwed caseback, measuring 35mm excluding the crown and takes 18mm straps.
Overall good condition without bigger flaws, bevels on the lugs looks a bit soft but I don´t know what they looked like new either. Crown is probably an replacement, some scratches on the crystal.

Manual cal 27 movement which is running strong and keeping time, no known service history.

Price: 500EUR net to me by paypal or bankwire, I’m located in Sweden.

I was literally bombed with DMs after this listing went public, probably the price was a bit on the cheap side but I’m happy and the new owner will hopefully be happy as well.

I sold it to the first member that shooted me a message offering full price, it was hard to turn so many other buyers down but I belive that was the fair thing to do.

Thanks OF for the space 😀

This was a great watch at a great price- if it had been branded Omega it would have been thrice the price.
May want to change the listing to sold as to not break anymore hearts.
