43.5mm ceramic case Seamaster 8806 Rotor spinning when hand-winding

Hi all. I was able to purchase my first Omega a couple weeks ago (pre-owned). The black ceramic case Seamaster 300m with the 8806.
First time winding I noticed the rotor was spinning while winding when horizontally. When winding more vertically holding it did not do it.
It feels a bit like that 2824 issue.
Is this something to worry? The watch is from 2019. Appreciate any insight.
