    I don't really know much about that watch but did you notice the crack in the case on picture 7 near the lug?
    I have seen a few eastern European cased early Omegas and IWCs which where all correct/original without the Omega stamp inside the case back, but cased in eastern Europe and not the franken watches we see on eBay today sometimes. I think this was due to a gold import restriction during the 1930s-40s to eastern Europe, I'm sure someone on here knows more than me about that.
    Sorry I cannot help more but that crack needs investigation.
