🤣🤣🤣

FINE PRINT: The watch "winds itself" if you attach a small "pistol" to it, and hold it there until the process has been completed.

Perhaps, someday, Hublot may be able to develop a $450k watch that doesn't even require the "Self-winding pistol"!

(To be fair, 50 days is an impressive power reserve.)

Hahaha, is this Hublot "aspiring" to Jacob & Co?
Both the worst in their price segments..

If you can’t afford a Ferrari… then just get a V12 on your wrist!

Ah, wait.

The watch is actually more expensive than the car.

What if I like to wind my conventional watch?

I don't even want a watch with a 50-day power reserve.

Is it a perpetual calendar? Then it may be useful.
Oh... surprise, surprise,... It's a time-only watch.

Oh and it's obviously HUGE:
Size: 60 x 51 mm
Thickness: 20 mm

So, not so hard to just fit alk those barrels/mainsprings in there..

After storing the watch for a while in the bank, I am sure I will be looking around for weeks trying to figure out where I put the damn winder.

I like how everyone is commenting on a Hublot watch that was released in 2013..... 12 years ago.

On behalf of all of the posters, please accept our deepest apologies for having failed to take into account such a deeply relevant aspect of the story. 🙃

If you want relevance, it isn't a small "self-winding pistol".... it was designed to mimic F1 cars at a pit stop getting their tires changed.

Also, I'm not defending this crazy watch!

I don't want to be too hard on you, but knowing when to stop digging is a valuable concept.

From the Hublot manual (note 2):

How did an F1 car cost in 2013?

OK, I lol'd at that. Impact wrench = pistol to the Swiss.

Maybe a real pistol is next. A very small and low powered bullet is shot into a ring tunnel, spinning a rotor at high velocity. Neat concept, except for all the people that would shoot themselves in the wrist with a small, low powered pistol, while attempting to wind their watches.

The Hublot Hadron Collid-a-watch?

I wonder if it makes the same noise! 😂
