30T2 Franken?

I can’t seem to identify this little YG manual wind. The case looks like some of the 30t2rg ref. 2364’s I’ve handled, but the dial does not say “chronometre,” yet it appears original under a loupe. Any idea if it’s an original, or a put -together?

I bought one like that many years ago. Took an unopened case chance on Ebay hoping it was a RG model.

Got it cheap, but no RG. Caliber 28

Have to pop the back to be sure
