30 year range of Speedmasters; how can you say they all look the same?

    I wanted to share these three Speedmasters, as to most there is no difference in the three watches (those that do not visit OF).

    I very much enjoy each of these for very different reasons. The 3572.50 was my first Omega and I just love the color of the hour markers, the Ed White because of the historical tie in with the first American Space Walk, 321 movement, and a birth year (not quite but close enough), and the SW due to green color of everything, as it is such a different look compared to the 3572.50.

    Never thought in a million years when I bought my first Speedmaster (7 years ago) I would own more than one of these black dial Speedmaster watches. Thanks OF friends for this!

    Please share why you own more than one watch that looks the same.

    The year listed, from Ilovemyspeedmaster.com

    Same here, because they are all the same. But different. And you have to own the major references if you love them :thumbsup:

    No difference?. They are like fingerprints, each one individual to the owner.

    They look really well made and, best of all, stable. I was n't expecting them to be over £30 each ... particularly as I would want a dozen or more. Even when you live and breathe watches, it's easy to forget how expensive even the smallest part of the hobby can be.

    I love the simplicity of these Military watches. The sword hands, the khaki lume. I just wish they came in men's sizes too.::stirthepot::

    Here’s my collection of 256, look alike, Rancheros,
    Shown @MSNWatch style.
    Tougher to source the matching straps than the watches. :D
    Synchronizing the bunch was a bitch as well.

    The reasons I own multiple Speedies are that:
    1. I needed to get one for my dad, which was later snatched by my mom, so potentially more to go there;
    2. another one for my wife so we can have couple's watches...
    3. and then I discovered the vintage world, oh my those patina...
    4. then the LE world...
    5. then Mod world...
