Well, it's honest, but also a bit rough. Besides the worn bezel, cracked plexi, wrong crown (which seems attached to a bent stem) and the grimy lume on the dial, the hands need a bit of attention too. Whilst I'm sure a sympathetic relume would make the H/M look great, the subdial hands might be beyond salvation. Which would be a pity, especially for the hour counter hand, which is a no-nipple version in the 2998's. Neigh impossible to find.
To my eyes, this watch went roughly for what it's worth as a fair example. I hope the buyer turns this into a serious project and saves this piece for the future. 😀
