Curious if there was an issue or is the 2915 market coming off the recent white hot highs?

Those lug edges lug disturbingly sharp compared to the condition of the bezel

 

Yes the bezel doesn’t look as if it goes with rest of the watch

 

Do those hands look right?

I’ve never handled one of these, but the hands look ‘flat’ to me.
