Hello @Albatros63 and welcome to the forum! We will need to see lots of well-lit, in-focus pictures of your watch, including the dial (of course), the movement, and the information on the inside of the caseback before we can tell you anything about your watch. Click on the "Add photos or files" button below to add pictures.

Your dial is original. The dial is also marked "fab.suisse" as is the inside caseback, and the movement is marked "M", all of which suggest your watch was intended for the French market. The hour numerals would have been filled with a luminous material. I think the hour and minute hands may have been replaced at some point in time, but the sub-second hand looks original. The serial numbers suggest the watch was manufactured in the mid-1940s. Treat your watch to a service by a watchmaker who is familiar with vintage watches, and you'll have a timepiece that will serve you faithfully for years to come.

You may also need a movement retaining ring, since there is so much space between the mechanism and the inside of the case.

Movement fits snugly into the case back on these.
