Vintage 1937 Omega ID Help, Cal. 26.5 T2 SOB

Hello guys!

I came across this old Omega in the Internet. The dial is of course Not original anymore. What do you think?
Is it maybe a former Omega Officier?
Edit:the serial number is from 1937 and the Movement should be a 26.5 t2 sob

Its from 1937 so its not a Military issued watch. The Hands seem original for me. I think someone ,,cleaned,, the dial at one point and removed the Omega logo.
