2499 Chronometer with ususual case

Here is an odd one. This 2499 seems all original... proper chronometer movement and proper dial....in spite of the green gold case and rose gold bezel. Millwork and measurements all look good and check out.. (crown obviously later) but is the bezel angle all wrong? Has anyone else seen a green gold case? Let alone a rose gold bezel on one these?

Yes ^, more photos are required. But I can tell you already that I don't like the apparent size of those spring bar holes...

Bezel could have been replaced or some sort of watchmaker workaround for a missing bezel...need more pictures though.
