Seamaster Co Axial Chronometer with Speedmaster back?

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Is it legit, and is it worth anything?

I can't seem to find another example like this.

A chronograph is not supposed to count to 31 (days) on the 3 o'clock subdial and to 7 (days) on the 9 o'clock subdial.
