232.30.46.51.01.001 - should the bezel rotate both ways?

Hi all,
Bought a watch from ebay and it's passed the authenticity check.
They noted the bezel rotates both ways and I understand some watches do, but I'm not sure if this one should.

It's a 2012 232.30.46.51.01.001

Obviously I don't want to inherit a big problem

Should be unidirectional, but the real question is when it was last serviced as that would solve the problem anyway by Omega.

Should only rotate counter-clockwise. Assuming it's genuine, the tabs on the bezel clickspring are either all bent or broken off and needs replacement:

Easy to fix?

If you can get a certified Omega watchmaker to source the part, it's a 5 minute job.

I'm in London on Saturday - so it could easily be done then.

Good luck! Make sure it's someone who's done it before and has a tool to remove the bezel. Avoid those quick fix kiosks where they might just pry off your bezel with a blunt knife-lookin' tool which will likely end up damaging your watch case and could warp the whole bezel.

Apparently it was ok when it was sent out!
Of course it was 😗.

Seller probably only tried turning it one way......maybe.
