路Update: omega have been in touch, they are now offering me 50% off an entire new bracelet, so 拢225 all in, which is still not what I was after, but makes up somewhat for the whole thing.

路Yes mate, exactly, so far saved 拢725 on new crystal and bracelet, so apart from the bezel and tiny marks on the case, I now have a brand new 2254.50, plus they chucked another year on the warranty, so three years. I'm pretty happy
