20mm lug short strap?

Hi All:

I'm looking for a strap for a 20mm lug Omega, but unfortunately I have tiny wrists (6") and ned a short strap. I was looking at this strap:

But the 20mm version only comes in long. My only options are to get an 18mm (which may look weird with the lugs) or punch extra holes at the end. Neither is appealing.

Any suggestions? I'm in the U.S. but it's OK if the location is international as long as they ship to U.S.

There are tons of places that sell short straps, and at the price point you are considering, you can certainly have a nice one custom-made.
