I haven’t bought anything from him, though it really looks like I missed out on a few. I’m looking at you @wagudc 😗👍 dibs maybe?

I have received this from @JwRosenthal as part of a trade deal for the Sub in the OP 🥰

No, you got this in the trade deal

I've added you to the dibs list, but I don't think I will let this one go. Ridiculously comfortable to wear and easy to read. That, and I occasionally feel inspired to let out a choo choo!

I’m beginning to take it personal that @JwRosenthal hasnt sold me anything in 2021!

You have got to be quick. I think the deal was closed within an hour of it being posted.

I've been in a selling mode, but oddly enough, this one was offered to me by a forum member a couple of years ago, and I passed at the time, but ended up buying it recently from a different owner, and through another forum!

Maybe my only watch purchase of 2021 (can that be true?!), from @Tubber - the hen’s teeth rare Airman “12 on top” (excuse the poor photo with protective film on crystal)

Funnily, we started discussing the sale in March of 2020 but due to COVID couldn’t complete the transaction until a year later, March 2021

Ok captain Airman, let’s not act like the jilted teen at the school mixer- you’ve been doing just fine.

I am a man of strong will and when I decide something I know how to stick to my goal... so 2021 was a year of consolidation, I said.

By order of apparition in 2021 :

From @X350 XJR a nice watch that I offered to my wife - that started it for her 😀 I've got now a partner in crime :

From @Fatcat a 145.029 in great condition :

From @cell1010 my first 2846, lovely :

From @MtV my second 2846, lovely again :

From @Toishome this sharp C-cased constellation :

From @Syrte this great longines that Santa offered to my wife (Strike again ::psy::):

From @tmw57 these incredibly beautiful & so sharp for their age 2 Eterna & this lovely A17 waltham (custom straps on their way) :

From @Kapka 2 black dial dress watch Tissot first and then Longines :

From @No Mercy this DS-2 in like new condition :

Thanks for those beautiful watches and the nice conversations that went with them.

And special thanks for also those who have helped me out when I needed : @Archer @kaplan @Syrte @Northernman @CafeRacer @Willbur @Vitezi.

What a nice place this forum is 👍.

Yeah, it’s really awesome to build friendships with people on this forum that share interests. 😀 So much more than watches on this forum

Although we can’t do outward hobby swaps (I get it, we don’t want the FS section to look like a Moroccan Bazar), if you pay attention, we know what each-other are into.
And every time I see you post pics of those cameras Aaron, it does hurt inside a little. Took me forever to put those kits together.

But then I look at the super dome-

Worth it.

I didn’t buy this one from a for sale post, I was offered it during a conversation about Sparkle dial Seamasters with @JohnSteed aka Spencer.

Had a good chat, struck a fair deal, had a custom strap made, and It’s the one I wear the most!

This is the exact same model of sparkle i am wearing while reading your post. These are incredibly fine watches and fantastic to wear.

I can't believe I almost overlooked keeping this gem in the family, courtesy of Robinhook (and tenderly overhauled by Al):

I think you need more help! So dibs on that first dual tone Eterna you got from @tmw57.

As for myself, I’ve bought very little and have always sold sparingly, but I’m super happy that pretty much everything I sold over the years has been on OF to like minded enthusiasts (with one exception to an MWR member).
As for that gold Longines, I am absolutely thrilled that it will grace the wrist of a lady as a present of love— which in my mind is the best possible outcome for it. 👍
Merry belated Christmas to Ms. @YYTIN- I would love to aee a wrist shot with it.
