Went to AD yesterday to check this one out as well. It has my name on it and I have until Friday to decide. I think I am going to go for it!

Just giving this thread a bump. Thanks to all of you that have posted pics. I'm excited to see these in person.

I had seen a black one, at an AD, and after seeing pics and videos, I realize it was the previous version.

I am specially excited about the blue one!

I am not sure about the bronze one, but I own the blue dial on steel and it looks and feels amazing. I agree that possibly in too much artificial light that the watch looks shiny but in natural light the bezel almost gets darker and contrasts superbly with the polished and satin finish. I cannot understand the price differences comments. In the UK about £300 higher for the 2021 compared to the 2014 edition. Overall I am very pleased thus far.

Congratulations, @neill1975 ! Looks great. Are you having any thoughts about the bracelet and its state of polished vs brushed elements? I'm considering having mine brushed....

Meanwhile, mine's still on order, and I wait patiently...

I wasn't sure on the bracelet on the first try it felt flimsy how wrong was I, the overall bracelet is very very comfortable it allows the wrist to flex and move and you hardly feel the watch on the wrist. The polished outlink and the brushed inner link make the watch IMO the dial is very flat matt and it give the watch a real uplift which allow you to wear dressed up or dressed down. its a terrific watch all in.

This 300 with the lollipop hand is really nice! But a little too big for me.
I guess i'll go to a vintage one 😀

Finally! I love this watch. It’s very comfortable and if you're worried it might be too big, don't be; it's sized perfectly and wears like a 40 mm watch. Not too tall, just right. It might also be the perfect diver for those who prefer leather straps (sacrilege, I know). I never liked my 2015 SM300 or my PO on straps, but this one wears great on straps, so much so that I think I’ll just put the bracelet away for good.

The lollipop, which I thought might annoy me, is great. It actually attenuates the visual effect of the lower frequency Omega movement compared to an arrowhead seconds hand, so it’s a win in that regard. And it's just different and cool. Finally, I am totally unaware of the sandwich dial construction. You simply don’t notice it. The lume on this watch is incredible. Downright nuclear.

Mine took 'purt near 5 months to arrive after I ordered and paid at my AD. But the wait was totally worth it.

Real beauty, but I can’t live without outside AR. Could be stupid argument for many but, I’ve had 2 attemts to Moonwatch, also had the NTTD for a few weeks. Heavy reflections on the glass look to be an absolute no go for me…

Thanks @Butik. I know what you mean about the extraneous reflections. It's definitely present on this watch too. It was really noticeable at first, but I found that I just acclimated really quickly to it and no longer notice it. I think I only have one watch with outside AR, an ancient Sinn 856, and every time I wear it I'm forever wiping the crystal. But when it's crystal clear and smudge free it's like staring into a reflection-free pool.

I can't believe no one said this on video reviews...teddy loves this watch and I saw it in a store so didn't notice but it has crazy glare for sure . I still love it but I gotta get used to it I guess

I really love mine. Chose the blue on bracelet (the black was nice too). Topper Jewelers gave me a 20% discount and I wanted about 3 weeks. Bought it as a place holder for a no-date Sub. Called my Rolex AD 2 days after getting my Seamaster and switched my request to a GMT. Don't need or want the Sub now having this Seamaster. It's a bit thick compared to the Sub but also more interesting and less sterile. And with a 20% discount it's almost half the price ($5,200 vs $8,950) and thats if you can get the Rolex at MSRP. The Seamaster is an amazing watch!

I have changed my mind about this one. In a a previous post, I said I still preferred the older 300 MC. But after a year of seeing it in pictures, on YouTube, and several times at the AD, I decided to pull the trigger on one. Got it for about 23% off list from a well known gray market dealer. Couldn't be happier with the decision.

The bracelet is significantly thinner and lighter than the older bracelet, and the clasp is a lot smaller. This means it is so much more comfortable to wear (at least for me). I liked the look of the watch on the older bracelet, but after a week or so of wearing it that way, I always had to put it on a NATO or strap for comfort. Don't think this will be off the bracelet that much.

The overall case and bezel are also just a little thinner, which again helps on the weight and wearability. The domed crystal is also nice - that was actually the first thing my wife noticed when she was comparing it to the old one, and now SHE wants a watch with a domed crystal!

According to the Master Chronometer testing, this one averted +2 sec/day. Over the single day I have been wearing it, it has gained less than 1 sec. Overall, I am very happy with it.
