·Thought I'd update the group regarding warranty repairs for my 30.42.50.001.002 coaxial sapphire speedy (SN 83.162.02X). I bought it at the OB when they came out (announced 5 Jan 2021, picked up on 7 Jan).
The same problem has happened three times in the last 10 months. The watch freezes (including regulator). Pushers can be pushed. Watch winds. It happened first in September 2025, followed by May 2026 and now today. The first service took approximately 4 months; the second service took 4 weeks. Each time, I took it to the South Coast Plaza OB and will do so again. Any advice or thoughts on this? This is the first watch I've had with the same problem happening repeatedly in such a short span.
