·A 2021 “release” by Rolex that I’m not seeing much info about is that buyers can now select the 126710 GMT-Master II on an Oyster, and can choose a SS Sky-Dweller on a Jubilee:
Strangely, the Rolex webpage for the GMT characterizes this as a “new model for 2021”:
... while the SD webpage meanwhile is silent on the matter (other than offering the above captured option to purchase on Jubilee):
In all, while the irony is obvious that Rolex’s biggest 2021 release could with a straight face be argued to be the option of existing bracelets for these models, the Oyster and Jubilee options for these models is - relatively speaking - pretty exciting.
I wonder how much Rolex is charging for that SD Jubilee as a separate 👎😗
Personally, I think the SD should have always been offered on the Jubilee - and the web mockup proves it (for me)
