Hi guys, does anyone think that £340 for a 2015 planet ocean bracelet is too much to pay from an ebay seller?

Is it new or used? If BNIB that price seems pretty decent. I paid approx £480 ($650 USD) for a bracelet for my Speedy from Omega, but it's a 21mm and a bit more rare.
